Rocky II (1979)

The trailer for Rocky II picks up right after Rocky Balboa's famous fight with Apollo Creed. Rocky went the distance against the heavyweight champion and lost by split decision, and now he is trying to build a normal life with Adrian. He marries her, spends his winnings fast and struggles to find work. Meanwhile, a humiliated Apollo is determined to prove the first fight was a fluke, and he goads Rocky into a rematch. With Adrian's health on the line and Mickey pushing him to train, Rocky has to find the strength to fight again. Sylvester Stallone writes, directs and stars, with Talia Shire, Burt Young, Carl Weathers as Apollo and Burgess Meredith as Mickey. United Artists released it on June 15, 1979. It is available to rent or buy digitally.
