Remember the Titans (2000)

The trailer for Remember the Titans revisits the inspiring true story of a football team that brought a divided town together. In 1971, schools in Alexandria, Virginia, are integrated, and Herman Boone, a Black coach, is hired to lead the T.C. Williams High School football team over Bill Yoast, the popular white coach, who stays on as his assistant. Facing racism from the town and tension among the players, Boone takes the team to training camp and pushes them to become a family, and their success on the field begins to change the community. Denzel Washington plays Boone and Will Patton plays Yoast, with Wood Harris, Ryan Hurst, Donald Faison, Ethan Suplee, Kip Pardue, Hayden Panettiere and Ryan Gosling. Boaz Yakin directs, and Jerry Bruckheimer produces. Disney released it on September 29, 2000. It streams on Disney+.
