One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975)

The One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest trailer is for Miloš Forman's 1975 drama based on Ken Kesey's novel. Randle Patrick McMurphy, played by Jack Nicholson, is a rowdy petty criminal who fakes insanity to get out of farm labor on a prison work detail, expecting an easy ride in a state mental hospital. Instead he finds a ward ruled by the icy, controlling Nurse Ratched, played by Louise Fletcher. McMurphy stirs up the patients, organizing card games, a basketball game and a wild fishing trip, and starts a battle of wills with Ratched that turns dangerous. Danny DeVito, Christopher Lloyd and Brad Dourif appear as patients, and Will Sampson plays the silent Chief Bromden. It swept the five top Oscars, including Best Picture. It is available on Blu-ray and digital.
