Good Will Hunting (1997)

The trailer for Good Will Hunting revisits the drama that made Matt Damon and Ben Affleck Oscar winners. Will Hunting is a 20-year-old janitor at MIT from South Boston with a photographic memory and a genius for math that he hides behind a tough attitude. When he anonymously solves a near-impossible problem, a Fields Medal-winning professor discovers him, but Will's run-ins with the law mean he must see a therapist. After scaring off several, he meets Sean Maguire, a community college teacher with wounds of his own, who finally gets through to him. Damon plays Will, Robin Williams plays Sean in an Oscar-winning role, and Affleck plays his best friend Chuckie, with Minnie Driver and Stellan Skarsgård. Gus Van Sant directs. Miramax released it in December 1997. It is available to rent or buy digitally.
