Thanksgiving (2023)

The Thanksgiving official trailer is for Eli Roth's 2023 slasher, which grew out of the fake trailer he made for Grindhouse in 2007. After a Black Friday riot ends in tragedy, a killer inspired by the holiday starts stalking Plymouth, Massachusetts, the town where Thanksgiving began. What looks like random revenge killings turns out to be part of a bigger, twisted holiday plan. Patrick Dempsey plays the local sheriff, with Addison Rae and Nell Verlaque. Sony Pictures released it in theaters in November 2023, and it has become a seasonal horror pick for people who want something darker than a parade on Thanksgiving. It is rated R.
