An American Werewolf in London (1981)

The An American Werewolf in London trailer is for John Landis' 1981 horror comedy. American college students David and Jack, played by David Naughton and Griffin Dunne, are backpacking across the moors of northern England. One night, ignoring warnings from the locals at a pub called the Slaughtered Lamb, they stray off the road and are attacked by a huge wolf. Jack is killed, and David wakes up in a London hospital, where he falls for his nurse, Alex, played by Jenny Agutter. Soon he starts having horrible dreams, and the rotting ghost of Jack visits him to warn him: he is going to become a werewolf at the next full moon. Rick Baker's transformation scene was groundbreaking and won the first Oscar for Best Makeup. It is available on 4K, Blu-ray and digital.
