A Dog’s Perfect Christmas (2026)

The A Dog's Perfect Christmas official trailer previews a Netflix holiday film from W. Bruce Cameron, the author behind A Dog's Purpose, A Dog's Way Home and A Dog's Journey. Dennis Quaid stars in a story about the Goss family, who are pulled apart when a medical emergency hits during the holidays. Their determined dog, Winstead, does everything he can to bring his people back together. Like Cameron's other books and films, it is about family, the traditions that keep people close, and a loyal dog who might just save Christmas. A Dog's Perfect Christmas starts streaming on Netflix on November 4, 2026, and it is an easy choice for a family movie night.
