Risky Business (1983)

The trailer for Risky Business revisits the film that made Tom Cruise a star. Joel Goodsen is a well-behaved high school senior in suburban Chicago, focused on getting into Princeton. When his parents leave town, he lets loose: dancing around the house in his underwear, taking his father's Porsche for a spin and calling a call girl named Lana. One mistake leads to another, the Porsche ends up in Lake Michigan, and to pay for the repairs Joel turns his parents' house into a brothel for one wild night, just as a Princeton recruiter comes to visit. Cruise plays Joel and Rebecca De Mornay plays Lana, with Joe Pantoliano as the pimp Guido and Curtis Armstrong. Paul Brickman writes and directs, with a score by Tangerine Dream. Warner Bros. released it on August 5, 1983. It is available to rent or buy digitally.
