Onward (2020)

The Onward trailer is for Pixar's 2020 fantasy adventure set in a suburban world where magic has faded away. Teenage elf Ian Lightfoot, voiced by Tom Holland, never met his late father. On his 16th birthday, he and his loud, role-playing-game-obsessed older brother Barley, voiced by Chris Pratt, receive a wizard's staff and a spell that can bring their dad back for one day. The spell goes wrong and only brings back his legs, so the brothers set off on a quest in Barley's beat-up van to finish it before time runs out. Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Octavia Spencer co-star. Dan Scanlon directed. It is a funny, heartfelt story about brothers. It streams on Disney+.
