Legally Blonde (2001)

The Legally Blonde trailer is for the 2001 comedy that made Reese Witherspoon a star. Elle Woods is a bubbly, pink-loving sorority president at a California university who expects her boyfriend, Warner, to propose. Instead, he dumps her because he needs someone "serious" for his future in politics. Determined to win him back, Elle studies hard and gets into Harvard Law School. Nobody there takes her seriously, but with help from a kind teaching assistant, played by Luke Wilson, and a manicurist friend, played by Jennifer Coolidge, Elle proves she is far smarter than anyone thought, especially during a big murder trial. Selma Blair and Matthew Davis co-star. Robert Luketic directed. It is based on Amanda Brown's novel. It is available on digital and Blu-ray.
