How to Train Your Dragon (2010)

The How to Train Your Dragon trailer is for DreamWorks Animation's 2010 fantasy adventure based on Cressida Cowell's books. On the stormy Viking island of Berk, people and dragons have been at war for generations. Hiccup, voiced by Jay Baruchel, is the scrawny, clumsy son of the village chief, Stoick, voiced by Gerard Butler, and he desperately wants to prove himself by killing a dragon. When he shoots down a rare Night Fury, he cannot bring himself to kill it. Instead, he secretly befriends the injured dragon, names him Toothless and builds him a new tail fin so he can fly again. What Hiccup learns about dragons could change everything about Berk. America Ferrera voices Astrid. Dean DeBlois and Chris Sanders directed. A live-action remake came in 2025. It is available on 4K, Blu-ray and digital.
