Deck the Halls (2006)

The official trailer for Deck the Halls sets two neighbors on a collision course over Christmas lights. Steve Finch is the town's self-appointed Christmas expert, a family man who loves holiday traditions and keeping things just so. Then Buddy Hall moves in across the street and decides to cover his house with so many lights that it can be seen from space. Their rivalry escalates into an all-out holiday war that threatens to ruin Christmas for both families. Matthew Broderick plays Steve and Danny DeVito plays Buddy, with Kristin Davis and Kristin Chenoweth as their wives. John Whitesell directs. 20th Century Fox released the family comedy in theaters on November 22, 2006. It is available to rent or buy digitally.
