Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009)

The official trailer for Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs introduces Flint Lockwood, a young inventor whose ideas never quite work. Then he builds a machine that turns water into food, and his island town of Swallow Falls starts getting hamburgers, pancakes and spaghetti straight from the sky. It is a dream come true until the weather spins out of control and the food storms threaten the whole world. Bill Hader voices Flint and Anna Faris voices the weather intern Sam Sparks, with James Caan, Bruce Campbell, Andy Samberg, Neil Patrick Harris, Benjamin Bratt and Mr. T. Phil Lord and Christopher Miller write and direct, loosely adapting the children's book by Judi and Ron Barrett. Sony released it in theaters on September 18, 2009. It is available to rent or buy digitally.
