The Mosquito Bowl Red Band (2026)

The Mosquito Bowl red band trailer is the uncensored look at Peter Berg's World War II drama, based on Buzz Bissinger's best-selling book. After the attack on Pearl Harbor, four college football stars enlist in the U.S. Marines and learn what brotherhood and war really cost. The title comes from a real 1944 football game Marines played on Guadalcanal. Bill Skarsgård, Nicholas Galitzine, Ray Nicholson and Tom Francis star, and Pat McAfee also appears. Berg, director of Friday Night Lights and Lone Survivor, directs. Netflix opens The Mosquito Bowl in US theaters on October 30, 2026, before it begins streaming on Netflix on November 25. Red band means stronger language and violence than the regular trailer.
