Best Pancakes in the County Exclusive (2026)

The Best Pancakes in the County trailer sets up a one-night crime thriller at a small-town diner, with Nicolas Cage almost unrecognizable in dark curls, big glasses and a prosthetic nose. After an FBI heist goes wrong, a sly criminal returns to a remote diner, where rival hitmen, crooked federal agents and a waitress nobody takes seriously all end up in the same deadly standoff. Justin Long and Shelley Hennig co-star, with Lauren German and Ravi V. Patel. Ken Sanzel wrote and directed it. IFC Films releases Best Pancakes in the County in select theaters and on digital platforms on November 20, 2026, so you can see it in a theater or rent it at home.
